July 5, 2011:  Daisy National BB Gun Championship Match

The 46th Annual Daisy National BB Gun Championship Match was held July 1 - 3, 2011 in Rogers, AR and the Airgun Enthusiast Channel was there for the action.  Teams composed of youth ages 8 to 15 that qualified for their home state's 5 meter bb gun team championship matches were eligible to participate in this match.  The teams were required to score well on a written exam in addition to shooting the rifle accurately to win the event.  This year's winning team hails from South Dakota.  Congratulations to the Pierre Jr Shooters who won with a cumulative team score of 2380.03 points.  What a great event hosted in a class venue.  A video documenting the first day of the match has just been added to our Video Gallery.

6/24/2011 - Posted a new video on YouTube today!
Mega-Dart Blowgun Rifle MX-7 : Ultimate Zombie Defense
It's a fun video about the legendary series of Mega-Dart piston powered blowguns from back in the day.  The first half of the video shows Mega-Dart photos and live firing sequences plus a "casting call" for a possible Mega-Dart inspired short film - "Zombie Menace" :  The second half walks you through disassembling the Mega-dart gun and ends with an internal view of the trigger mechanism.  Note:  The Mega-Dart series of blowguns are also featured right here on the site!

Check it out on the Featured Section page.
